✓ Manufacturing faults
All manufacturing faults on component parts are covered. If the product is found to be defective, we repair or replace it free of charge.
✓ Postage costs
We refund any and all postage costs incurred by your Ultra Dry guarantee claim.
✗ What isn’t covered
Wear and tear or accidental damage: you are not covered for ‘unreasonable’ damage including accidents, abrasions, holes, tears, burns, neglect or damage in travel transit.
